Diagnostic Review

At Treadwell Consulting, the organisational development process always begins with us visiting our potential clients.

We are keen to talk with key staff in order to gain a feel for the organisational culture, understand the business as it stands, and gain an initial insight into management infrastructure and operational processes. During this initial visit we would hope to gain key data and build a rapport with potential project team members.  

From that initial meeting we think about the behavioural and structural changes that might be possible in order to empower the key people in the organisation to deliver high performance outcomes and company growth.

Any formal diagnostic review is offered at a reduced rate and will provide you with a fresh and critical perspective on building performance improvement and sustainable success.
